Pour the smooth and melted chocolate over HALF of the popped popcorn and stir gently.

ADD in popcorn to your liking.  Some people like more chocolate on their popcorn than others.  I used about 3/4 of the popcorn when I made it. A bowl of crunchy white popcorn covered in white chocolate. Mixed in are red and pink M&M candies for a Valentine Candy Snack Mix

Stir the popcorn gently until it is all evenly coated.A bowl of crunchy white popcorn covered in white chocolate. Mixed in are red and pink M&M candies for a Valentine Candy Snack Mix

Spread on the parchment or waxed paper.

Allow to set up until the chocolate is set.

***NOTE:  I like to LIGHTLY sprinkle a VERY LITTLE salt when I first spread out the popcorn to set up.  This is a personal choice and USE CAUTION not to use too much, and this is NOT necessary, but does give a bit of balance to the sweet.A bowl of crunchy white popcorn covered in white chocolate.
