Valentines Sweetheart Muddy Buddy Chex Mix
Ingredients:
4 cups Rice Chex cereal
1/2 cup vanilla baking chips
1/2 cup peanut butter baking chips
1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup red, white and pink M&M’s
Directions:
Place cereal in a medium bowl.
In a small microwavable bowl place the vanilla chips and peanut butter chips. Microwave the chips for 20 seconds, stir, continue this process until the chips are smooth and completely melted and the temperature a bit warmer than a baby bath.
Pour over the Rice Chex cereal and stir gently, until evenly coated.
In a gallon sized zip lock bag, pour in the powdered sugar.
Add in the coated cereal, seal the end and shake gently to coat all the cereal evenly.
Pour out onto a piece of waxed paper or parchment to set up.
Pour into a large bowl and add in the M&M’s, stirring very gently to distribute evenly.
Store in an air tight container.

YUMMY! This looks incredible! I love normal Muddy Buddies and I’m sure I would this as well. Are your grandkids getting to enjoy all of these goodies? 🙂
Carrie,
I am working on a chocolate peanut butter dessert today. You can cannot go wrong with chocolate and peanut butter. This chex mix might be easy but it would be the first thing GONE in my house. It is also pretty with the Valentine candy in it.
Blessings and thanks for sharing!
