I have TWO FUN tags that will make your gifts extra special.

First up, an easy, quick and charming gift tag for anyone on your gift giving list.  Thank you Dorthy for this inexpensive, but very festive idea!

Santa Belt Tag

Supplies:

1 – 3” x3” white sparkly cardstock

1 – 2 ½” x 2 ½” red cardstock (green if you want elf tags)

3 ½” of 3/8” black grosgrain ribbon

8” – string or ribbon

1 – aluminum can pull tab

Scissors

Paper glue

Ruler

Mini hole punch

Wire cutters

Directions:

Step #1   Cut out all pieces. Pull the tab off an aluminum can. Cut off the ring that held it to the can or bend it back on itself. Be careful not to cut yourself as the edge will be sharp. Thread grosgrain ribbon through pull tab centering it.Homemade Gift Tags 1Step #2   Glue to the center of red cardstock horizontally. Tuck ends under and glue down on back of red cardstock.Homemade Gift Tags 2Step #3   Glue onto sparkly white cardstock centering it all around.
