Quick Valentine Bark is a great gift to send to anyone who might be away from their Sweetie, or need to know they are being thought of.

It’s also a delicious candy that is so easy to make and inexpensive too.

Bark is simply white chocolate (or any chocolate you prefer), pretzels and peanuts.  Melt the yummy chocolate in the microwave, pour it over the pretzels and peanuts.

Mix it together, let it set up and there you have it –

Valentine Bark ready to share!

Quick Valentine Bark

Ingredients:

1 lb. white chocolate buttons/melts/chips  I prefer ‘bright white’ for this when I can find it over the regular white chocolate buttons or chips

1 cup roasted peanuts

3 – 3 1/2 cups of broken in half mini pretzels; this makes it so you can easily eat the candy

Candy sprinkles, if desired

Directions:

In a large bowl place the broken pretzels and pour in the peanuts

What a great idea! We do dipped pretzels sometimes but breaking them up and just mixing everything together would be way easier and adding peanuts sounds yummy too. I’m going to do it this way next time!
