Easy Oven Roasted Asparagus

I love this Easy Oven Roasted Asparagus!  It’s a wonderful side dish to accompany any meal, whether it’s simple or gourmet.

There are so many variations on how to cook asparagus, but have you ever tried making asparagus in the oven?

Here is  my version of a quick and easy, yet very upscale way to oven roast asparagus; you’ll impress everyone with this dish.

When you roast the asparagus, it brings out a delicious unique depth of flavor. The Parmesan cheese gets all wonderfully crisp on the edges, and the squeeze of lemon at the end brightens the entire dish.

You will really enjoy serving this Easy Oven Roasted Asparagus for special occasions and every day meals.

If you want a twist on asparagus, one of my favorites is this Risotto with Asparagus and Mushroom – delish!

  3. This looks great, Carrie. I love roasted asparagus, but this combination of parmesan, balsamic and lemon looks delicious. I don’t know what Montreal steak seasoning is. I’ll have to be on the lookout for it. Have a lovely and blessed Easter, my friend.
