Chocolate Covered Nut Clusters
These Easy Chocolate Covered Nut Clusters are NO-FAIL candy that you can make and are always a hit.
Use any type of nut, but I use peanuts since everyone seems to like those and they are best priced.
You can use milk, dark or white chocolate.
A great treat, dessert or gift anytime of the year, but for a holiday gift they are perfect!
And don’t limit yourself to nuts, try rice krispies too!

12-14 oz. nuts of your choice

Heat chocolate in a microwaveable safe bowl at 20 second intervals
Stirring well to prevent burning.
Continue this process until the chocolate is completely smooth and it is the temperature of a baby bath.
This is important so that when you add the nuts, it will not cool down too quickly before you are able to make the clusters.

If the chocolate happens to begin to harden up by cooling quicker than the clusters are formed, simply put the bowl in the microwave and heat for a few seconds, stir, repeat until warm as a baby bath.

This looks absolutely delicious-I have to try it! I’m thinking about adding granola to the mix as well 🙂
These are one of my biggest weaknesses! Thanks for showing me how to make them. I may just make up a batch for my out of town family to enjoy! I’m sure some will break in the process and I’ll just have to eat them.
Hi there! Love this post! Thanks so much for linking up to the Pin It Link Party last week! Just wanted you to know that you’re being featured on the link party this week! 🙂 Have a great night!
Well, this gives me an idea for how to solve my chocolate craving right about now. Plus, my kids like making desserts like this together. Definitely pinning for trying later….
Carrie,
I love these nut clusters too. They are so easy to make and yummy!
