Here is an easy, delicious and thoughtful gift to give to those you know, who might be alone, or their own sweetheart might be away for work or the military – really for anyone who could use a pick-me-up this Valentine season.

Valentine Chocolate Bark
1 lb. white chocolate buttons/melts/chips Or light pink
1 cup roasted peanuts
3 – 3 1/2 cups of broken pretzels
Candy sprinkles, if desired
In a large bowl, break the pretzels into piecesPour in the peanuts Line a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with waxed paper or parchment. In a microwavable bowl, place the white chocolate and heat in the microwave for 20 seconds; stirContinue this process until the chocolate is smooth and the temperature a little more than that of a baby bath.
Pour the melted chocolate over the pretzel & peanut mixture. Stir gently.
Pour onto the wax paper or parchment lined pan; spread thin. Top with any sprinkles your heart, or Valentine, desires!Allow to completely cool and set up, then break into small pieces. Store in an airtight container.
