Don’t you love this time of year when the pumpkin shakes are featured at food establishments? 

Well, now you can make the BEST one at home, while watching a movie or playing games with family and friends.  This one is flavorful, creamy and can only be made better with a dollop of whipped cream.

 BEST Pumpkin Shake

 Ingredients:

4 cups vanilla ice cream

1 cup canned pumpkin (not pie filling, just plain pumpkin puree)

1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp. vanilla

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 cup + milk, to your desired thickness of shake


Directions:

In a blender mix the ice cream, pumpkin, vanilla and brown sugar and 1 cup milk.pumpkin shake 1Add in milk as needed to be the thickness you prefer.pumpkin shake 2ENJOY! Pumpkin Shake 2

BEST Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/3 cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)

3/4 cup vanilla or plain yogurt

1 cup vanilla ice cream

1 tsp. vanilla

1/4 – 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

1-2 tsp. brown sugar, as desired

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and combine well.

Serve immediately.
