Have you ever had a bite of heaven on a fork? Look NO further. This is it! I’m telling you folks it’s paradise and it couldn’t be easier. Why? because the crust begins with a boxed mix, and usually – what can I way, it’s not always the best way to begin a recipe. But this, oh, I dare you to see if you can tell the difference. Now for the filling. It develops this ooey gooey amazing, fabulous, yummy center that you can’t describe. You’ve got to make it and try it. I thought the topping had a glaze, but NO! It just turns into this crispy, thin coating on the top when it cools all by its self.

1 package yellow cake mix, dry – do not prepare
½ cup butter (1 stick), melted
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
3 ¾ cup powdered sugar
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cut parchment paper to fit into the bottom of a 9×13” pan and coat bottom and sides with non-stick spray.In a bowl beat the 2 eggs well, then add in the melted butter and dry cake mix. Combine until smooth.Press the dough evenly over the bottom of the prepared pan and set aside.
Clean out the bowl and beater. Beat the cream cheese, vanilla and eggs for three minutes.Add in the powdered sugar and continue to beat until well combined.Pour this mixture over the crust and bake for approximately 28-35 minutes; or until done. Do not over bake.When it is done, it will be set to the touch in the center; remove from the oven.
