Carrie’s Zucchini Bread RoundUp

It's better to bake than drop!

It’s about that time of year when the zucchini begin to take over the gardens.

So instead of dropping them at your neighbor’s door, or leaving them in their vehicle when they are not watching, how about showing them a little kindness and making them something delicious!

I have two bread recipes for you.

One that is the traditional way, and boy or boy, it is incredibly moist and tender.

The other is a chocolate version, and seriously, can you go wrong with chocolate?

I really can’t remember where these two recipes came from, but I've been making them for years and have been enjoyed by many.   Now, get out there and SHARE THAT zucchini that will keep your friends being friends!

  1. Every year when my zucchini comes in I make up loaves of zucchini bread and put them in the freezer. I use up my glut of zucchini and have a quick solution when I need to take something with me for a gathering or get together. It tastes as fresh as when I made it after being thawed and all I have to do is cut the loaf. I will be adding this recipe to my list this year. Sounds amazing and the bread looks so moist. Thanks for sharing.

I’m always so happy to see you at The Yuck Stops Here recipe link party! I’ve pinned and stumbled this post and look forward to making some! See you next week! HUGS
