2 cans of Bushes Chili Beans (large cans)
14 oz. can Salsa Style diced fired roasted diced tomatoes (gives flavor and a bit of a kick, but not too much)
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
Heat through. If you want it a bit thicker, use Sure Gel, OR strain a bit when serving. Directions:
Lay down chips, spoon on some chili, tops with your favorite condiments and presto, it’s the almost as good as the Eighteen Twelve Overture with Cannon, a staple at our local fireworks show.
